From Drudge: Alabama (Dec 14 1819 2:14pm Huntsville) and Missouri (Aug 10 1821 1:09pm St Louis) have moved forward with legislation resticting abortion. These are clearly "ethical crisis" events in which "right and wrong" are put to the test. For years, I have associated these events with Pluto-to-Pallas transits. Accordingly, transiting Pluto at 23 Cap is sextile Missouri's Pallas at 23 Sco and opposite Alabama's Pallas at 22 Can. The US solar arc Pallas at 27 Lib is square the US Pluto at 27 Cap.
